Google Android OS Application

Life Clock is a Google Android application I developed for my Mobile App Development course at Lawrence Tech University. Life Clock is a life expectancy app; it will determine the death date of your life based on your gender and birthdate. The number of days lived in your life is displayed along with an animated pie chart that provides a visual calculation. Some cool perks in the application is haptic feedback and when the phone is shook the accelerometer initiates the calculations (as if the calculation button was physically pressed). The life expectancy estimates are based on the statistics from the official SocialSecurity.gov website.

My powerpoint presentation of the application can be downloaded here
